Q:
Do they have gluten free options?
A:
Not sure what portion of the menu you are referring to but pho on its own is gluten free. So if we are going based off of that dish yes they have several different dishes to choose from. As well as vegetarian options.

One of the best broth I ever had. I could tell they know how to make their broth. I was by myself that day and was in Fontana for training. Decided to try this place after seeing great reviews. I am glad I got to try their food before going back to Bay Area. The server sat me right away since I came in during their less busy hour. I ordered their combo pho and spring rolls. They give you extra sliced onions for your broth and it was worth it. Made the broth even better.
Very friendly servers and clean dining tables. I wish they are close to where I live. I will definitely check this place out again when I'm down in the LA area. - Hillary S.Arcadia, CA4321822Nov 16, 2023
I've been to Bone & Broth a few times and the food is solid, the servers are very nice and welcoming too. I'd say it's probably one of the better pho spots in the Ontario area. However, if you grew up around cheap and great pho/viet restaurants like I did (626, FV areas) - I wouldn't expect to be blown away. My recommendation would be to go for what they're known for (& the green thai tea of course!).
I will say your experience will heavily depend on what time you dine. This last time I came to dine around 5:15 for early dinner, (which I thought would be a quick dinner given 0 wait time) but we didn't receive our first dish until 40 minutes in. Alas, sudden waves aren't something you can control, just something to keep in mind! :) - Rudy R.San Jacinto, CA6948528Nov 13, 2023
It's so hard to find a Pho place that stands out and this one does just that.
The service from hose to check was great. Friendly staff and manager know exactly what keeps people coming back and that's service!
The food was top notch!! We had the pork/shrimp spring rolls and taste and presentation was excellent! The peanut sauce wasn't overly sweet which I like. For drink we tried the Thai green tea with boba which was good and hot Vietnamese coffee which was fantastic!
Best Pho broth I've had in awhile!! Didn't have to add anything to it as it was packed with flavor! Both bowls we tried (Ontario Combo and Filet Mignon) had plenty of meat and noodles were perfect!!
Place itself was nice with plenty of seating, short wait and good music (90s-2000s hip hop / R&B)
Please stop by and continue to support Bone and Broth and make it a mainstay at The Mills - Nov 20, 2023
Came for lunch on a weekday and it was super busy but we still got seated within 15 minutes. Got the green Thai tea, egg rolls, vermicelli boat with pork, and a pho. The green thai tea was not too sweet and extremely fragrant, creamy, and delicious. The egg rolls had a great crunch and I loved that the fish sauce was light yet flavorful. Both the vermicelli boat and pho were amazing as well. I also appreciated that they have chili oil and the original sriracha sauce on the side. Would 100% come back! Left full and happy.

The reviews are spot on. Great little Vietnamese spot right in the parking lot of Ontario Mills Mall. Everything was awesome. Joined the waitlist, seated within 10 mins. Clean place, great music, and friendly service. The pho was really good. I couldn't finish it was pretty big. The spring rolls were ok. I felt they were a little bland but the pho completely made up for it. Next time I'll get the banh mi and split the pho.

Being unwell and wanted to eat clear soup brought me to this restaurant, in addition to many reviews, of course.
Join waitlist is available via Yelp and it is wise to join waitlist before coming to this place.
The host and the table staff's service were 'speedy'.
Music's volume was mediocre, not too loud.
We ordered Bone Broth & Pho w/ Beef Meatball & Tendon. The orders came quite quick, despite of the restaurant was quite packed on Sunday afternoon.
Both of the dishes were REALLY delicious & tasty and the most important thing is the price surprisingly quite affordable considering this type of food caliber.
I think those 2 good reasons are strong enough to encourage me to come back! - Oct 13, 2023
Bone and Broth Vietnamese Cuisine is not the hottest pho joint, but hot for the Inland Empire. My family and I came here for dinner after pumpkin patching nearby and there was about a 20-25 minute wait. There were a lot of families and elderly folks waiting but no benches or anything. There is a lot of space in front, so the business has an opportunity to make the wait more comfortable if they're popular for the area.
Their menu is really Americanized too. A lot of English writing. Staff is more Americanized too. I ordered my drink in Vietnamese and they had to check what the English name for it was. Not trying to be snooty but there's some things I only know the Vietnamese names for.
Back to the food, as a family our table had 3 of the Pho Dac Biet ($13.95), 1 Com Tom Thit Nuong Cha Gio ($13.95), and 1 Com Bo Luc Lac ($15.95). For 3 bowls of pho, they only brought out one small plate of veggies. We had to ask for a second plate, and it still wasn't enough. And it didn't have the ngo gai leaf I enjoy having with my pho. And I had to ask for the little dipping mini saucers. These are normally left on the table for self serve at other Vietnamese/Pho restaurants.
One of the orders came out soooooo late, the first 4 people were almost done eating by the time the bo luc lac came out. Dislike. I would say skip the rice dishes in general. It didn't look impressive.
The saving grace for this place is definitely the pho broth. The Pho Dac Biet is literally translated as the Pho Special, or they call it the combination pho here. It SHOULD come with beef round, beef meatball, brisket, tendon, and tripe. I had a tiny piece of tripe, no tendon and no meatballs. And the rounds typically arrive rare, but it arrived cooked so my pho probably sat around for a while.
I'm not impressed but it's like ugh I guess okay for the I.E. which isn't saying too much. Probably a 4 star for this area but it would be a 3 star in an area with competition. - 111229625Oct 9, 2023
I'm not quite familiar with the food scene around the area but definitely had pretty low expectations coming in. I was surprised by how clean and spacious the restaurant was. We were seated promptly and they were very patient with us as we decided what we wanted to order.
We started off with two egg rolls for the appetizers. These were SUPER crunchy and more filling than they might appear.
- Vermicelli boat special: Comes with your choice of grilled beef/chicken/pork, grilled shrimp, bean curd shrimp patty, and an egg roll. Did I choose this just for the boat? Maybe... but it was so good! It's a ton of food. I opted for the grilled pork, which was really flavorful. I also loved the bean curd shrimp patty because it was so crispy
- Filet mignon pho: The broth was flavorful but not overly salty, and the meat was really tender. This was our first time trying filet mignon in pho and it was great!
The food came out unbelievably fast and the service was wonderful. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. There's a huge parking lot which makes parking a piece of cake. Looking forward to coming back the next time I'm in the area. - 14135236547Oct 1, 2023Updated review
-- at Bone & Broth.
